Lived in Hawaii and came across a group of men with ID cards that seem to get them out of trouble! Any clue?

Translation was Valley of the Giants. So I was told!

It had two arms/hands shaking at the wrist.

It had a pictice of them on it.

Now get this.... I was given a friends ID and was told if I ever got in Trouble show him the ID... Speeding, 57 miles over outside Nanakuli, Ouaha, Hawaii. I was told I get away with murder, card was thrown back at me. Was it the card or was it the name on the card? The card was written all in Hawaiian. This happened back in the 1980's. And no, I don't keep in touch. NO WAY... I have much more I know but after 20 years, Yes I'm still scared!!!!!

It sounds like it was probably a prank played on you by your friend. If it was really some sort of get-away-with-murder if you belong to this "secret society," you wouldn't be here to tell us right now. You'd have known too much, and you know what happens to people who know too much. You would have gotten Vince Fostered. The joke was on you.
Reply:there are a few scams out there where people buy into an organization, it sounds like it's run like a union. They try to say if you ever get in trouble they will send a group of high class lawyers down to defend you and if you show cops a card saying your a part of this organization they will let you off because they are scared of the high price lawyers. It's a scam where they make you pay all this money to be part of that group.
Reply:Dont believe all that you are told be very careful. People think nothing of pranks which may even cost you your life. Trust your own judgement and take time to think. Nothing comes for free or without a pricetag.
