We already have the checkpoints for commercial vehicles, so what!

Reply:National ID I don't really haqve a huge problem with,why is that any worse than a drivers license or social security card. In fact it might be nice to have an ID that replaced both,and had enough info to make it extremely hard to counterfeit,which would in turn help with Illegal Immigration.





As for armed checkpoints,I have heard no talk of that,sounds a little paranoid to me. In fact the only state I know of that has checkpoints to enter is also the most Liberal state in America,California.

Reply:I have no problem with a national ID card. We already need a driver's license or some form of official ID for most things. It makes me a bit sick that more id is required to buy a beer or rent a movie than it is to vote for leader of the free world.





I'm not sure of what you're referring to as far as the check points. We could probably due with out the raging anti-sematism and genocide of Nazi Germany.

As far as nation id cards - isn't the S.S card already considered one?
Reply:We already have ID cards. I think the national ID is a great way to deal with the immigration problems we have.





I do not think this will make the US equate to the Nazis.
