I am writing a short script and It's been some time since i've been to university. It is my understanding that now-a-days students are given rigid plastic cards with bar codes instead of laminaed cards; and i thought that maybe the bar codes are used during examination to check the IDs of students with university systems. I am particularly interested in examination regimes at University of Western Australia and Edith Cowan University as the story is centred around a group of students from both universities.
I need help urgently.
Thanks.
Are university student ID cards electronically scanned during examination periods?
id say that yes they would have to carry id with them but it isnt electronicaly though. its indeed good as there are a lot of terrorist attacks and so on so the security is a big importance. if you are in doubt i reccomend that you look at the universitys that your interested and just have a look around your bound to find the one your most comfortable with.if you dont feel like any uni is worth gettin into yet you still want a qualification why dont you do a tertiary education by correspondance? its ot for everyone but I am currently doing a Teachers aid course thouh correspondance which once i have completed it i will have a uni qualification. if you live in Australia here is a good one for you. Www.thomsoneducationdirect.com.au which now is called cengage education because there are new owners. its perfectly safe and you can do what you want when you want. worth checkin out it may suprise you
