Do you still think compulary ID cards are a good idea after the unforgivable cock up with child benefit record

s? I don't think I would trust Labour with the contents of my copper jar after this, and they want use to fork out money for a card which contains the data from our retinas and our dna records? I have one message to Labour FCUK YOU.

Do you still think compulary ID cards are a good idea after the unforgivable cock up with child benefit record
No, I do not think that ID cards are a good idea any more.

I was in favour of ID cards. I became more sceptical once I found out the cost, and remember, all governments underestimate the costs of IT projects. The NHS is one example, the NHS net, and the system of Choose and Book are over budget and do not work properly.

But this c0ck up has finally made me make up my mind. I am now firmly against the ID card system.
Reply:yes
Reply:I wouldn't trust one of those m*****f*****s from New labour to run a burger bar. The wankers!
Reply:with you there, mate
Reply:No chance. A bunch of buffoons. Overpaid as well.
Reply:No. After this I refuse to participate in any compulsory ID card scheme. The government have proved they can't be trusted with sensitive personal information.

I don't think I'm alone in this thinking. If the government don't like it they can see us all in court. i think we'd have a good case.
Reply:Can you just imagine the hilarity of this lot trying to run a high tech ID card scheme ? Thank goodness for their wonderful incompetence. Otherwise it could all be rather worrying. Next, will Northern Rock bankrupt Britain ? Well, that's next weeks show folks. Just imagine, these clowns have the nerve to try and tell other countries how to run their affairs. Don't they realise they have made Britain an international laughing stock ?
Reply:Whatever gov is in they look for the power of control. God forbid there is another terrorism disaster, but if there is a national emergency will be declared and all parties will say we MUST have IDs. Then we are on the fast road to 1984, if a little late.
