Do I need a ID card to travel to state by state in the greyhound?

I lost my ID, but I need to go to Another state immediately can I just go on the bus with no Identification?

You will be fine sans ID 99.9% of the time. Very rarely, someone from the Department of Homeland Security will enter a bus and ask random people their citizenship -- and sometimes ask for proof of citizenship (a state-issued ID would suffice). This happed to me only twice and I used to travel quite extensively on buses.
Reply:There is nothing stipulated on their information site, but you might want to call their toll-free number to check just in case
Reply:Not after homeland security. When I last bought grayhound tickets they wanted an ID.
