I have some old tickets and I was curious to know if I would be arrested if I went in person and applied for a texas id card?
Will I go to jail if for old warrants if i apply for a texas id card?
in Texas they will check all other states and will not issue a license and I would assume an ID if you have warrants. If they are traffic they go away 3 years as of the date of the ticket.

You can call, and ask if it's still in the system. I am sure you will be.
Reply:If there is indeed a failure to appear warrant then yes you will be arrested. Now having said that if the failure to appear occurred here and you applied for an ID in Texas then no you would not be arrested because we are not going that far for an old ticket :P
