In the old days when you knew people, it wasn't needed. But now, how do we know if someone is who they say they are?


I've been mistaken for a doctor and a teacher. Things like that shouldn't happen.
Reply:Your state should issue ID cards. Go to the local driver's license office. They should be able to tell you what forms you can use for establishing your identity to get an ID card.
