THE BILL NUMBER IS H.R 418 IS IS A VIOLATION AGAINST OUR PRIVICY

It's called the REAL ID act. and it has nothing to do with security. Identification is not security.





9/11 hijackers had id.


Virginia Tech shooter had id.


Timothy Mcvay had id.


Charlie Manson had id.





Can you name someone that has "attacked America" that hasn't had ID?





We already have a ID system for travel.. its called a passport.





There are private solutions to Identity Theft like LifeLock that are cheaper and better than anything the government can provide AND LifeLock cant throw your *** in jail either.





ID doesn't make us safe.. but what it does do is it allows the government to track us with giant databases... they can cross reference our money with out identity.. so say you have a subscription to high times.. that may just be enough to flag you for a "random" drug search.





Vote Ron Paul and shutdown REAL ID.. that or move to Montana who has passed a law forbidding its use.. if not.. don't accept it. don't get it, don't use it, Microwave the ID's to burn the electronics out of them, smash the chips in them with a hammer.





If they do this.. they will destroy the freedom in America and turn us into a police state and then... the terrorists WIN.
Reply:Of course it is. It is one of those little compromises that you agreed to after 911 in order to have a little more security. In your defence however, they did not tell you they would do this exactly. I think it's your President Lincoln that said "Any society that would give up a little liberty to gain a little security will deserve neither and lose both." You president today says that your constitution is just "another god dammed piece of paper." Is it a loss of freedom, hell yes. Before too long your President will know everything about you. Just read some of his speeches to confirm this yourself. He will know where you go, what you do and what you purchase. Your American Bill of Rights will soon be history. Just wait until the Terminator becomes your President. Nuff said.
