Im going to austria and my passport runs out in under 3 months, and it says that is fine as long as u have a national ID card. Im currently 16 and don't really know wehre i stand?
Is a passport a national ID card? Can i travel to Austria?
The UK does not have the ID cards as mentioned, most European countries do.
If they state you need to have an ID in addition to a passport that is nearly at the end of its useful time, better replace your passport before you travel.
Reply:For Austria you need a PASSPORT.. by any name you care to call it. you MUST have a passport for foreign travel.
