Software for creating ID CARDS/BADGES?

I've been trying to find some kind of softwares to download to make ID CARDS or Badges for employees, but I either find a website that will make me buy the whole ID PRINTER %26amp; such.. and it totals up to $700-$2000+ .. so does anyone know a software or a website or a place where I can make photo ID CARDS/BADGES for less!!!!!! Please help me out!!!

Heck, just make your own. You can use almost any photo editing program (like Photoshop) and add text to a picture.


Then just print it out.


You could laminate it yourself or take it to an office store and have it done.
Reply:Go to Wal-Mart/Target or any office supply and buy Photo Shop. You can do it with that and the cost is around $30.

The PVC cards are usually ribbons based, and need a special printer.


Are you going to barcode or mag stripe?


If you are just using them for ID cards you could just get a good laminator and use normal color printed paper.

Reply:That should be any software where you can edit/draw an image, then just print to card stock then use a cheap card laminator, i dont remember those costing that much....





that gices me an idea, im gonna fire up the photoshop when i get home and make a few badges...
