Is there any place to get a novelty id card in the Chicago are and don't tell me its illegal because if i really cared i wouldn't be asking this question.

It's hard to get legit id's and I doubt you'll find any here maybe google it?
Reply:I have picked up some novelty IDs at science fiction conventions. I have a Soviet KGB id, and you can get Babylon 5 or Star Trek IDs.
