My uncle is bedridden in a nursing home and needs a photo ID card for his social security application process. I have a photo I can scan and use but cant find a website to get one. I dont expect not to pay for it, just not paying an overly expensive amount.
Where can I get a photo ID card online for a immoble family member?
you cant do it online, it has to be in person somewhere. no getting around it. security issue.
