What is the thing called that you put around your neck that can hold a whistle or company ID card? High Schools %26amp; colleges use them sometimes with their logos on them. They may have the school name on them %26amp; they have a latch or clip on them. I've seen high schoolers use them to put their key ring on and wear around their neck while they are playing basketball or something. I hope I can find out the "official" name for this.
